Our crawfish are raised right here on our family farm in eastern North Carolina. They’re pulled fresh from the ponds every day and held in dedicated purge systems before sale. This process cleans their gills, and reduces excess sediment, which means less prep work on your end!
 
We harvest to order whenever possible so you’re getting crawfish that have been freshly purged and handled with care.
 
Crawfish are sold live and by the pound, ready for your boil. Availability and size can vary throughout the season based on pond conditions and weather.
